Opening Times

Our School day is 9.00am to 3.15pm. Morning interval is at 10.20 till 10.35am and lunch is at 12.15-1.15pm.

Our school office is open from 8.45am-3.30pm.

School Dinners

Our school meals are all carefully made by our award winning kitchen staff. The menu consists of three choices per day and can be paid via Parent Pay at a cost of £2.15 per day. All P1-P5 children receive free school meals should they wish them. Downfield Uniform

The main colours of the Downfield school uniform are purple and blue.

We have a purple sweatshirt with the school badge. 

We have a white shirt and school tie or poloshirt and grey trousers or skirt.

Additionally we require dark shoes.

Gym Kit/Uniform

At the moment, we are still allowing the children to come to school in gym clothes on PE days. However, we DO NOT allow football colours.   If your child has long hair please provide a hair bobble and ear rings either removed or covered with tape.
